We offer the whole package all under one roof. We design involving the clients influences, Build and offer the client to visit during manufacturing. Polishing and fitting. We do consult the client every step of the journey if they wish and even provide progress photos.
You would make contact with us, any inspirational images you may have are a good starting point. We would set a budget and timeline once we have agreed to a design that suits your requirements.
From this point we can discuss finer details, timber samples etc. Also confirming an installation date.
If you make initial contact through our website, you will see a drop box of price brackets. Being a bespoke service its always helpful to know what ball part figure you intend on investing into your piece. The price bracket will then determine how intricate we can be also what materials we can use. We can discuss all this in person to achieve the highest quality while trying to stay close to your budget.
Our speciality is gathering your ideas and turning them into a quick sketch to help you visualise while adding extra ideas and brainstorming function. When it comes to the workshop my favourite part is cutting the finest dovetails by hand.
When the price has been agreed we generally take 50 percent deposit to start the project, and final payment on the day of installation. If we are working on a big job such as kitchens we may take payments over a three phase plan agreed with the client.
